CHANGES: We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice to our members. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Although we will send a notice to all of our members whenever terms have changed! If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to login to your member area and delete your account! INACTIVITY : Account will be listed as inactive and deleted when not used for 180 days. AUTO ALLOCATING CREDITS : 50%-100% of free user and 25%-100% of gold members earned credits will be automatically and equally allocated to their own sites. If user has no site listed, he loses that percent of credits. Only enabled sites get credits added. So be sure you have at least one site ENABLED, or you will lose the autoallocate credit percent. Example: Free member has 5 enabled sites, he surfs one site, he gets 0.75 credits, and 50% of that is 0.325, that will be divided by 5, and that makes 0.065 for each of member own sites. Member gets 0.325 to his account for free use. Free members can set percent from 50% to 100%. Gold members can set percent from 25% to 100%. Use the link next to your credits amount for configuring the percentage. AUTOENABLE LIST : Sites that are in Autoenable list, will be automatically enabled or suspended when submitted to rotator accordingly in which column they are. Autoenable does not affect Edited sites, Edited sites will be checked manually. BANNED TRAFFIC LIST : Sites that are in Banned Traffic list, are not allowed to generate hits to LoudTraffic referral pages. We remain rights to produce alert boxes and denial message for sites in Banned Traffic list. You are still allowed to submit these sites to our rotator if they are not in AutoEnable list in Suspended sites column and they follow our site terms. All traffic from Autosurfs and any kind of site that include Autosurf is banned and not allowed. VALID EMAIL : Contact Email address must be Valid! Account will be terminated if not valid due to inability to verify account details! In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from LoudTraffic, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being FULL. We will have to delete your account as emails are bouncing back to us. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. ONE ACCOUNT PER IP ADDRESS : You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own real full name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You must be able to read and write essential English. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. We allow one account per IP address and individual. If we find out that one IP address or person have multiple accounts, we are suspending all without notice. Members who create more than one account forfeit their membership and all owed to them! PAYMENTS : Members may earn by: upgrading and then surfing daily a minimum number of sites set by us, to get a daily cash bonus; by selling back credits at a rate set by us or by clicking in our ptc section. Members will be paid when their cash balance will be higher then $5 and will be done by any of the following payment processors: Paypal and E-gold. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after, but in general we will pay a lot faster (usually within 24h). FEES : For PayPal upgrades, we are charged 40 cents for every upgrade, we will cover 15c of it ourselves, user will be charged extra 25c when upgrading by PayPal. We remain rights to charge 8% payout fee. If we have normal amount of funds in chosen payment processor we usually don't charge the fee. In most cases we do not charge any fees for payouts. REFERRING : Traffic from autosurfs is strictly NOT allowed! If caught advertising our page in autosurfs, you will be suspended and page will go into the "Banned Pages" list. For sites in "Banned Pages" list no normal page is shown, and warning alert is produced. Same rules act for advertising our referral link in small iframes, img tags, pornographical pages and in other unethical pages. SITE LISTINGS : Your site must NOT have more then a SINGLE pop-up (includes exit pop-ups) or pop-under (but not both), the only exception is ShareAdSpace which occasionally can generate 2 pop-ups, the pop-up or pop-under also has to meet the following criteria:
NB! We remain rights to publicize suspended sites and reason of suspending. FRAUD : Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by LoudTraffic be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. We remain rights to warn other sites about users inappropriate actions including publicizing user information (email and/or name and password). SPAM - ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM ALLOWED! : You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other unsolicited method of mass Communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with LoudTraffic and may result in legal prosecution. LoudTraffic strictly enforces Anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. LIABILITY : Loss of data and other errors Members agree to not hold liable LoudTraffic for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the LoudTraffic website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members, and statistics. LoudTraffic agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and LoudTraffic will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable LoudTraffic for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the LoudTraffic.com website and all services and products contained within. LoudTraffic will not be liable for any malfunctions or site downtime that may occur due to site updates and server errors. However we will do what we can to maintain and prevent any unnecessary losses! NO REFUNDS will be made! LoudTraffic will not be liable for any financial losses due to the use of this program. Rules and regulations contained on the website : Any rules and regulations described within LoudTraffic.com website are hereby declared as extensions of this Membership Agreement and as such, all members agreeing to this Membership Agreement are declaring that they will abide by the rules and regulations that are set forth on LoudTraffic.com website. CONSEQUENCES : You are to follow the terms, if you don't your account will be suspended and your IP may be banned. | ||||||||||||
